Here we answer the most frequently asked questions from our customers. If you cannot find what you are looking for, you are always welcome to email us at hola@aceropadel.se.

How is my order delivered?
DHL and UPS have the honor of delivering our goods to your nearest collection point. You will receive information on when the package can be picked up and how to proceed via SMS to the phone number provided in the order.


How long is the delivery time?
Our delivery times may vary depending on your location, but if there are no surprises from us or our delivery partner, your order will arrive at your service point within 2-5 working days.


What is the cost of shipping?
We offer free shipping on orders above €130, otherwise it costs €5.

Changed your mind? No hard feelings! Before serving the ball back to us, make sure the following requirements are met for your return to be accepted:

- The return is initiated 60 days after your order date
- The product is in original unused condition
- All labels are still attached and/or unbroken packaging

If the above requirements are not met, we will return the product to you and you will not receive a refund.


How do I return a product?
We care about the environment and therefore do not include a return label in your package. Please contact hola@aceropadel.se with your name, address, email address, order number and which items you are returning and we will send you instructions. You are responsible for part of the return shipping (€5), delivery and condition of the products upon return - the products should therefore be sent well packaged and in their original packaging.


Have you received my return?
Our returns process usually takes up to 14 days from the time you returned your products. Once your return is processed, you will be refunded via the same payment method you chose for your order, or receive an updated invoice if you chose Klarna invoice. The transaction usually takes 2-5 business days, you will receive a confirmation email as soon as the refund is completed.

How do I advertise a product?

We inspect all products before sending them to you. If the product is still defective, you need to contact us immediately at hola@aceropadel.se after the defect is discovered. Read more about our complaints policy here.

What payment methods can I use?
We accept Klarna (Pay immediately, pay later or split), Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, American Express, Maestro, iDEAL, Bancontact, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay as payment methods.

How do I use my discount code?

You can activate your discount code in the shopping cart before payment. We cannot add the discount after you have placed the order.

Why haven't I received an order confirmation?
You will receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours of placing the order. If not, double-check your spam and other similar folders. If you can't find it, shout to hola@aceropadel.se.

Can I change and/or cancel my order?
Once your order has gone out, we can't make changes to it. If we haven't had time to process and ship your order we can stop it, send your fastest email ever to hola@aceropadel.se and we'll take it from there.

Where can I buy your products?

Currently, our products are sold exclusively on our website. Direct from the factory to your hand to keep the prices of our products on a fair level.


Which racket should I buy?
It is completely individual and depends on many factors, read our racket guide here. If you are still unsure, you can write to us at hola@aceropadel.se, the chat on the website or via our social channels and we will talk further about what is best for you.

How long does a racket last?
A quality racket should last until you get tired of it - provided you take care of it. However, it is quite common for someone who plays a few times a week to change the racket once a year as the core of the racket can feel softer when played with frequently over a longer period. Read our 4 tips for longer life on your padel racket here.

Where are your products made?
Our products are manufactured in China - in the same factory that several other large and traditional padel brands use. We keep who they are to ourselves so as not to become enemies with our industry colleagues.
